ok I upgraded my turbo from a T3/T4 to a sc61 and now Iam having problems..I hear what sounds like compressor surge but my bov is opening and working..is a greddy typeS too small for my turbo size?

I have a very strong vac source and at idle if I rev the car up I can hear the air blowing off but under load while driving it sounds like the bov is halfway working and halfway compressor surging.

BTW Iam running 10 psi

help please..if I need to buy a new bov I will but Iam hoping Iam just tired and overlooking something.
