Default blow off valve help

searched has found nothing need help. The guy that had the turbo before me was running 15 psi I am now running 10 psi do you think I need to adjust the blow off valve I here it venting but not loud.

Adjust it to the point where there is no compresor surge and no bov leaks then you should be good. You shouldn't worry about the bov is not loud enough. As long as it do what it is suppose to do then it's all good.

had same problem boosting 7psi on t3/t4 .57 trim, no cat back and weak vac line cause bov to barely go off, kept hearing a multi pitch sound, thought it was cool at first but then realize it was compressor.

just make sure your bov vac is strong enough. after i fix the two, it was pretty loud. mines was a blitz dd by the way.

any pix? where are you tapping the vac source? or do you think it's the bov itself? as long as it releives pressure it's fine.

it relieves pressure but was set up for 15psi I was just wondering since I am running only 10psi I should adjust propably so.
