Default NEED INFO on map sensor......

I just had my bottom end built after a year of boosting on stock internals at around 6-10 psi depending on the situation. I'm now in the process of breaking in the motor and plan to go back to the dyno for re-tuning. I have the greddy kit on my SI and still running the "BLUE BOX". I really cannot afford hondata right now but plan to have in the near future. My goal right now is to see what the car can do with the set up I have now with the blue box. I would like to go past 11 psi because I now have lower compression but was needing info on the map senor. I read about and hear alot of people saying that you cannot go past 11 psi with the stock map sensor and that you need a GM 3 bar map sensor or a "missing link". Can anyone give me anymore info on this. Also what happens when you do try to go past 11 psi on the stock map sensor.

2000 FBP SI
Greddy turbo kit w/type 24 FMIC
HKS ss bov
Holley fuel pump
custom 2.5in downpipe and test pipe
Apex-i N1 cat back
Apex-i AVC-R boost controller
skunk 2 cam gears
b&m fuel pressure reg
(NEW just installed) JE pistons/eagle rods 9.1 compression
block guard, head gasket, rod bearings
.........etc.
220 whp at 7psi and 167 ft lbs. of torque on stock internals
