NEED HELP.... on what kind of clutch kit should i get for 400-500 hp
sup everyone!!
i having problems finding what kind of clutch i need....
im going to re-tuned and i dont want to have the same problem again
some people told me that the ACT EXTREME CLUTCH (4-PUCK) is good ??
and some have told me that the COMPETITION (STAGE 5) is better??
which 1 should i get ??
another thing what is the difference in the sprung clutch and the "NON" sprung 1!!

A non-sprung disc is for racing applications. You could use one in a street car, but it would be very harsh. They engage VERY quickly (read too quickly for street). Even with 400-500hp you won't need an unsprung disc, use a 4 or 6 puck sprung-hub with a good hd pressure plate. Here's what we carry: http://www.farinamotorsports.c....html

haha plethora, its a funny word.
since i use act for my setups, and have the same power goals, i went with a xtr6. its the 2600lb extreme pp and a 6 puck unsprung disc. i dont have the motor together yet, but ive been practically daily driving the 6 puck heavy duty unsprung for over a year and you get used to it pretty quick
