Default Help!!! Clutch ready to blow again!!!!!

Ok. Heres the deal. I have had my JDM ITR swap for about 2 years now, in that time i have gone through a stock clutch, ACT Street Disc with Xtreme pressure plate, and now a Competition Clutch Stage 2 (about ready to go). But the problem is that i haven't been wearing them to the point of slipping, i have driven them until i rocket at least one spring out of the clutch plate. Does anyone else have this same problem? This latest clutch has only seen 2 days at the drag strip and a few togue runs and that's about it.
Now I need a new clutch and don't know what to get? If i just get an unsprung disc will that fix this problem? And then how does an unsprund disc perform on the street in daily driving?
thanks in advance for all of your help,
-jon

get an unsprug disc...it seems like you have a heavy foot...the unsprug will jerk more than the sprung disc...and those clutch usually have a 500 mile break in period too...it ll just take a little bit of getting use too...thats all...

If you drive your car on the street dont get an unsprung clutch. I'd recommend a sprung sinter clutch maybe a 6 puck version.
