Default need help with turbo options

hey all,
Well Ive done some research and heres the choice i have come up with for my daily driver 00 LS turbo project.

t3/t4 50 trim .63 ar for fast spool time
T3/T04E 54 trim .63 ar
GT28RS or GT28R
SC44
SC50

I actually wanted a SC61 but after researching here I found that it spools more than the LS rev permits (redline at 6900) so scratch that.
I dont want too bad of a lag and I dont want to pay an outragous price for the turbo, but I want it to be well built and reliable. gimme any ideas, thoughts, tips ect. that you have.

thanks guys

FYI the SC50= T04E 50 trim. I personaly like the SC34 which is the T04E 57 trim or 50 trim, T3 .63AR stage 3 wheel. Now, all the turbos are great turbos, it just really depends what you are wanting to do with it. Mind if i move this out of drag racing and into FI?

hey art thanks for the info. really sorry, i could have swore i posted into the FI forum. What i want is not a lot of lag, but a good midrange to top end power, something that will start to spool at around 3-3.5 rpm and pull hard all the way to redline. would the SC34 be that turbo?
