i need help to try and figure out what could be wrong with my car. Last week i drove through some pretty high water and i think some got in through my turbo because when i was driving the car was tryin to cut off i had to keep reving to try to burn the water out it didn't lock or anything but now whenever i build boost any time over 6k it just sputters and doesn't want to go any faster i thought i was the plugs but i have changed them twice since then and no luck the car isn't throwing any check engine lights at all and it make full boost so im stumped and trying to get any ideas what it could be the car was tuned by stoopid and i running neptune but any ideas on what the problem could be is appreciated

 

OBD1 or OBD2?

 

its obd1, i did the same on my teg and it was the headgasket.

not a puddle but like the road was flooded and the water would almost come in if i opened my door
