code 45(4 long,5 short)which is a malfunction in the fuel monitoring system because it is too lean or too rich!!does this basically mean that i am either running to lean or too rich for what the engine specifies???could this code be caused by bad 02's and clogged CAT???can anybody help

 

Go to autozone or pepboys and ask to borrow the OBD2 Scan tool. It'll tell you the actual "P" number to tell you if your either rich or lean. Then look at the troubleshoot in the Helms. If you don't have a Helms, then order it or borrow a friends. Good luck.
