Default Need help modifyin my F-Max setup on '99 Accord

Alright.... i have a '99 Accord w/ F-Max kit and ive been puttin it aside for a while cause i just opened up my shop. Well i want to make a few changes.. i wanna get rid of the 2 xtra injectors that are in the intercooler piping ... firstly how do i plug those holes that hold the 2 xtra injectors now..what size are my stock injectors and what size should i replace them with if i want to run 9psi for now and later on maybe up to 15psi on built internals? also .. i think the cast iron manifold is holdin me back.. i wanna change that manifold .. which do you recommend and why.. im also runnin the greddy evo exhaust w/ random cat.. recommend changin to larger exhaust? and finally fuel management.. i have the fields or skunk2 whatever you wanna call it VTEC controller.. and also the ERL MF-2 to tune the extra injectors.. i want a new setup.. Hondata S200 w/ boost or what else? thanks

Your manifold is not going to be holding you back. It's quite a capable piece, and in my opinion the only good thing that came out of the F-Max Kit.

We simply screwed in some grommets that were sealed in order to seal the injectors, and for 15psi (I take it it's on an F22 motor) 440s or 550s should be more than fine. It all depends on your hp goals.

450cc will max at just before 300hp, even with the fuel pressure through the roof you may get slightly over 300hp.

At least thats what the math says.

stock injectors are like 240ish cc I believe.

the manifold may have some issues with creep at high boost, I have no experience with the fmax mani... but the drag I had sucked. hence my choices to go custom stainless tubular mani and custom stainless full 3"dp (thanks dave@ super-t).

if you dont have the time to learn a rom editor and socketing... the simple choice is hondata or ems (but you pay more obviously) for fuel management.

well if the car is makin about 225whp now at 9psi and i plan on buildin the internals and increasin the boost.. i should probably go with the 550's then right? but what if i dont up the boost for a while.. will the 550's just cause me to run too rich? and also with screwin in the grommets .. shouldnt the intercooler pipin be smooth so that the air molecules can flow freely especially right before the TB right?

with the 550cc you would need to use your controller to pull the extra fuel out.,, otherwise yes you would run rich.

Not as long as the screws aren't long. Think about it, the injectors were protroding in before removal and made no change in flow..
