Is it tuned or are you only running a basemap? And why do you need a ramhorn with such low PSI on that turbo? Get rid of that MSD.

yes its tuned ... and the reason for the ram horn was when i bought the car it was tuned to 10psi but it had a bad wastegate so i replaced the wastegate with a 4psi turbonetics ...i will be gettin a bigger wastegate or spring pretty soon

My assumption would be that this is a spark issue. Try changing plugs and see if it helps. I had a similiar issue in my miata. I believe it was an ignition issue and plugs worked as a short term fix but I sold it before I got around to swapping to coil over plugs which I believe would have helped fix my issue.

Are you monitoring your a/f ratio and egts they could help figure out if something is off in your fuel system or timing.

Hope this gives you a couple starting points.

It could be the ICM. External coils stress the ICM more. The part from Honda costs $250 for a B18C or B16 distributor. An ICM from any other OBD1/2 distributor will fit and work fine however...

Those injectors are a little on the small side. If I were you, I'd be investigating that pretty quick.

Isn't 6200 about where VTEC actuates? Is your oil clean and no CELs, but a working check engine light?

Have you tried closing the gaps on the plugs a bit? It could help identify if its an ignition issue? Does it always break up at 6200 rpm and no lower rpms?

MSD coil? Change back to OEM. I had an MSD coil and it cut out at higher RPMs, they are worthless

If its smokin and missing I think its time for compression and leakdown tests before you take anything apart to visually diagnose

^agree. a blown hg will not always allow water in the oil, or oil in the water so checking those two does not rule out a blown hg.
