Need help with Drag 3 on GSR

i've got a Drag 3 on my 2000 GSR, and i've got a problem. for some reason it's only boosting 5 psi. everything looks like it works. any suggestions ?

it suppose to boost only 5psi if the spring in your wg is set to 5psi
