I have a 99 EBP SI with 46k miles on it. engine is completely stock. I am returning home from Iraq sometime this winter and want to build a nice custom turbo setup for my Si. My power goal is around 300-350whp. My budget is 15k for engine, tranny, suspension build. I know that is alot of money to dump into a civic but i've had the car sense it was brand new and could never sell it. im looking for suggestions and tips for my build as im new to the turbo scene. I feel where you are coming from, the vacation I took in Iraq paided for all my ****. I know it sucks and its dangerous, but the money is so good.

Maybe guys like us a screwed in the head, people think I'm crazy when I say I'd go back over there for the money

to get 300whp all you really need is the turbo kit, fuel management and pistons/rods. Might wanna do the valve train so you can rev to 9k rpm

 

I checked out dart blocks and they look good. Im trying to figure out my budget now, and was wondering if someone could place thereselves in my shoes and list out a build based on a 15k budget. This way I can get different opinions. Also what hp ranges do you think I could get with a strongly build dart block with my head built. Thanks once again.
