Check or replace all of your grounds. Any check engine code? Actually jumper it dont just count on the check engine light to kick. How do you know you have fuel and spark? Not trying to call you stupid or anything I just want to know how you checked them. Leak down test?? How many times did you crank the engine when you did a compression test?

Do you have a base map for those injectors?

When you do a compression test you should always crank the car an odd number of times for a proper reading I.E. 5,7,9

How does your fuel pump sound? Try a fuel pump flow test. Jumper the main relay:

Then do this. You should have atleast 7.8 ounces in 10 to 15 seconds.

This is dangerous but I try it often and it nets good results. I pull the fuel rail and put a towel over the intake manifold then I have a friend bump the starter to make the injectors spray. You have to hold them in ther or they fly out. That will definently tell you if your injectors are working or not. Again this is dangerous so becarful.

Have you checked to see if your dizzy is 180 degrees out of phase? Without getting technical pull it out and turn it 180 then put it back in. Also check your firing order on the cap. Lastly by now your plugs are fouled most likely so pull them and check/replace if needed. Fouled plugs WILL NOT let your motor start.

I have never delt with an LS before but every other honda motor I have delt with the cam and the distributor will not allow eachother to be 180 off it just doesnt fit. Don't try to sell it yet. Its always somthing so simpe its stupid. When you find it you will think man what an idiot it was right in front of me.

Who put the cams in? did you adjust the valve lash to specs? .007 for intake and .008 for exhaust on a cold engine for crower turbo cams

make sure yoru timign marks are on for the crank and cams. if the head and block have been decked at all the cam gears should tip forward just a little bit but not a whole tooth.

have you pulled a plug to confirm fuel delivery or your just saying its getting fuel cause the pump is running? did you do the changes in the engine management for the bosch injectors? did you properly enter the dead times for the injectors into the software

what engine management are you running?
