62-1 t3/t4 for your hp goals. .63 or .82 turbine housing

t3/t67 is overkill for 400-500

A Precision SC44 aka .60 trim T3/T04E is the very definition of 4-500whp. With the stage 5 turbine and .63 AR housing you'll hit postive pressure before 3000 rpms and make 475whp on kill.

I think some people in this thread are being a little extravagant.

We've used the 75mm exducer of the 57 trim to the stage 5 wheel. This is simply our opinion from the data received from the cars tested, but we felt that the turbocharger suffered from reversion when matched up to that exhaust wheel at over 25psi to even come close to that area of power.. With that in mind, we simply stopped using it after a while on the test cars. Regardless, the compressor wheel just didn't have enough CFM volume to do the 400-500whp that he asked for on PUMP GAS, which was his emphasis.

I don't think the options are extravagant, but the OP has also limited his information to us. Once he/she states a particular budget and more information, we can all narrow down the choices a bit more realistically and responsibly.

For a B-series with good stock cams (GSR/ITR) and a decent kit, that's usually the point at which the compressor runs dry. As such, it is a very good fit for the engine, and typically creates the broadest powerband of any turbo that can push that amount of power. That makes for a very very easy to drive streetcar.

Mmm, you've got me there. I stand corrected. I'm not a big fan of pushing knock limit so I usually disregard that sort of thing.
