Default Need help asap.

I just picked up my friends new but slightly used t3t4 turbonetics turbo. I am trying to set it up to where I need the charge pipe to go and I can't get the exhaust side housing to spin I loosten all the bolts and it won't move please help and sugestions?

i think a rubber mallet or a dead blow hammer would be best, at least he's not beating the **** out of it with metal-to-metal contact

I beat that sh*t up like a $20 dollar hooker with no success I'm letting some pb blaster soake in right now anymore solutions to a stupid little setback? thanks everyone

anyone ever have this same problem an actually fix it.I done searchs but they all go the same hit witha hamma that ain't workin to swell. open to suggestions except the rich kids (buy a new turbo)

might want to try taking the turbo apart completly or have it sent out and rebuilt professionally. I had precision engineering rebuild mine with parts for like $200 total.

how is rebuilding a turbo going to help him rotate the compressor housing? considering none of the parts used in a rebuild have to do with the compressor housing
