Need faster spoolup..
Use a non-bleed type wastegate.
Run a bit on the rich side.
Lower backpressure as much as possible.
Adjust exhaust cam for earlier opening.
Add nitrous.

Ceramic Coat or heat wrap your exhaust manifold and exhaust turbine. This way, your exhaust gases coming out of the block won't lose as much heat as it travels through the piping. Hotter exhaust gases = higher velocity air = faster moving air = faster spool up
. I don't know exactly how much faster of a spool up it will give you, but logically, it makes sense. The down side is that the things that you heat wrap will not last as long because it will be getting extremely hot. More heat = more fatigue on the metal and welds = not lasting nearly as long before something cracks or breaks

he means if you have adjustable cam gears adjust the exhaust cam gear so it expells gasses quicker, this is done by advancing X amt of degrees i believe.
How should i adjust my cam gear..... its a stock cam. Advance? retard? degrees?
Is the deltagate a non bleed type wastegate. Im not too familiar with what you mean. Whats the difference.

I'm sorry for the dumb question but what is an example of a non-bleed type wastegate?
To cure lag between shifts, run your BOV back into your intake upstream of your compressor.
