Default Need fast help with mixture/ignition problem

hallo,

today i corrected my base ignition from 18° BTDC to 15° BTDC because i don't had a timing light until now.
the mixture was overall correct befor the change 12,5:1 under full boost and 14,7:1 in the crousing area of the fuel map. so everything fine.

but after the timing change my mixture if completely bullshit. it is a bit too lean (15,5:1) under part throttle, nearly 14:1 until 2-3psi of boost and over 3psi it leans out dramaticaly at 15:1 i go off the throttle but i think it would go leaner if i would stay on the throttle...

now my question: could the timing change make such a BIG difference in fuel mixture or is this impossible and something else has a problem?

8psi maximum boost
engine management is standalone
additional in line fuel pump
300ccm injectors

but what does this metters? my questions is if a changing in base timing can make such a big difference in af mixture without a change of fuel and ignition maps.

ahh, by the way, closed loop is disabled so nothing effects the mixture.
