Default need ecu help quick

Im about to purchase a p06 for hondata in my 92 prelude manual trans. It says it came out of a OBD1 ECU from a 95 HONDA CIVIC DX with 5 Speed Manual Transmission. the part number is 37820-P06-C02 . Both my ecu(the p13) and the p06 are non-vtec OBD1 ecus......so im thinking this will be okay right? The p06 was number three in the order of preference for my car on hondatas website. Is there anything else that i need to match up?

just found another one, but the ecu number is
37820-P06-A02. Whats the difference? Is either one fine? And does it matter that the p06 is for SOHC when my h23 is DOHC or does hondata overide all the stock information?

it will be fine given you still have stock injectors and not larger sized ones

you can also get those non vtec ecu;s converted to vtec for a small fee

Well.....I dont have stock injectors. I ve got 1000cc precisions. What difference does that make?

I wouldnt need VTEC, just the opposite. I would be getting a VTEC computer for a NONVTEC car. Is there any modification needed for this? I would like to get the pr4 or p06 since they are cheaper, but i need to make sure everything will work out. thanks.

he thinks you arent going to chip it. you cant run 1000cc injectors on a stock ecu, you need hondata crome or uberdata
