Default Need advice for my d16y8

First question : i want to turbo charge my stock d16y8 which turbo should i use?
Secondly for the ecu any suggestions ? I have f-con 2.1 ecu is it good enough ? Or i shall use other ecu thanks

not enough information we need power goals and purpose at minimum

I just want around 200 hp with stock internals, will it push the engine to hard?

ps. I use it in daily life every day will the engine life be shorten down?

All your questions are answered by a simple search on google with a honda tech on the end of it. Plus there are faqs on the top of the page which indicate everything you need to know. D series rods are pencil thin so above 200 is risky. Also for 200 its barely worth the money, go buy a b18c and it will be much easier rather than boosting an engine that was designed for grocery getting.
