I like the RevHard Systems, it comes with alot of goodies like Missing Link check valve, polished Intercooler, TO4E-60/T3 turbo, etc. Very nice. Mated to a 3" exhaust there's no lag just acceleration. This system is good for 400 hp with the right injectors and tuneable ECU.

I dunno how I feel about that handle....

Get a hondata for the ECU, Walboro or BBK 255lph pump, AEM FPR.

Well, if you can afford it, you should get the Hondata ECU so you can fully tune your setup. With the Hondata (or other engine management) you should go with an intank pump. Don't get the BBK because it is the same as the Walbro, but more expensive. You could also use a stock Supra TT pump. Then you would need some RC 440cc injectors. If you plan on keeping costs down, and using the FMU setup (like the DRAG kit), you will need an inline pump. The DRAG kit comes with one, but apparently it sucks. You should be able to boost up to 7 psi on stock injectors with a 12:1 disk for the FMU. You could also get an 8:1 disk and use 310cc injectors with an AFC to trim fuel. The best advice I can give you is to read as much of this board as you can stand and do searches on here. Oh yeah, and you should also change your user name.
