Yes, its recommended you use your stock crank. Just send it to a reputable shop to get it micro polished and balanced.

stock crank is the weakest part of the OEM engine, change it asap, buddyclub makes a stage 6 crank

The buddyclub stage 6 crank is only good up to 559WHP. Anything thereafter requires a OBXR titanium/aluminum stage 9 crank, I use one myself.

I'm not trying to be an ******* so dont take it that way. But. If you would have done a little searching through Honda-Tech you would have found your answer easy. From 150whp to 850whp cars running OEM Honda cranks

i agree wtih alpha, b series honda oem crankshaft are rated around 800hp. You can keep it stock or get it micro polished and balanced. no need to change out the crankshaft, unless you have done damage such as rod bearings and there goes your crankshaft.

Oh, i hate these "my friend said..." threads because most people have stupid friends. As everyone else has said, you'll be totally fine. Any other myths you'd like us to dispell while we're on the subject??

I was inches from reporting his last "my parts list" post, and this just reinforces the point - ITSJDM please read the entire FAQ thread, you clearly are lacking some important knowledge regarding turbocharging a Honda. They are nothing, I repeat NOTHING like the SRT-4 you had.

BTW anyone have a link to that french SRT-4 magazine vid? The one where the SRT-4 owner smokes his clutch trying to do a burnout???
