N20 Problems on the Dyno...
Alright, then check for clogs in the lines, filter, and nozzle. The last thing to do would be to swap out the barney box for one that you know is good. If that doesn't fix any of it, I'd get another fill and make sure that their supply bottle is full or close to it. Finally, I'd try to see if the Zex and Hondata aren't getting along.

Pickup tube was positioned right. They filled the bottle using the gravity method and they chilled the bottle for an hour before hand. I'm thinking about going to this other place nearby that uses a pump. Think that is the problem?</TD></TR></TABLE>
WHAT??????
No way can you get more than 7-7.5 lbs of Nitrous in a 10 lb bottle without a pump.
Also the your supplier might have gotten a new style "big" bottle that has a pickup tube and doesn't need flipped upside down.

I will be weighting the bottle when I go to check all my lines this weekend. I had no idea you could only get 7 lbs in that way. Even if it had 7 lbs in though I would have thought it would have worked better than it did.
not to be harsh..........

That is the last thing you wanna say when spraying.
How did the plugs look??????
Lean 85 shot, fuel at 40 psi. I run 45 psi now..........

Plugs were a light tan. It went a little lean on the first couple thousand rpm, for the 100 shot. On the 75 shot and 55 shot the air/fuels were fine.
Went outside to check a few things....couldn't find anything wrong. It's doing something different now though. When I hit the purge it comes out nice and snowy and then it dies down and its just air. The bottle wasn't empty because I let off it and then did it again and it did the same thing. Why would it have good nitrous and then die off?
UPDATE: After taking out the nitrous line I found a small indent in the stainless steel of the line. I ran my line under the plastic trim on the side of the car and it goes right past the part where I jack it up. I'm thinking that while I was doing my rebuild and putting the car on jackstands I might of got it. Is it possible that a small dent in the stainless could be a whole pinch in the line underneath? A friend told me it's possible that the stainless could have just been dented and the hose underneath pinched. How can I check to see for sure if this is my problem?

So I should replace the whole line? Is there anyway I can make sure that was the problem?

Im not sure if you figure out if that was the problem, but i know if i had a pinch in a line i would like to get it fixed just becuase Im picky like that, then you'll know if it was the problem or not.

I am picky too, but the indent in the line seems really minimal from the outside. If it's not the problem, I don't want to spend $52 on a new line.

Hey Ryan, where do you have the bottle mounted? I noticed the other day that my zex bottle is real picky where the pickup tube is. I opened the bottle and saw a huge cloud of nitrous, then turned the bottle slightly and it wasn't coming out as strong. I am sure you probably got it right, but you never know.
The bottle is mounted in the trunk with the nozzle towards the front of the car.
Here is the pic of the dent in the line. Not very big, but I'm questioning everything at this point.

Did you shut the car down in mid spray when you did this or did it idle a little before you pulled the plugs? Btw, that dent does not look like it could cause a prob.
What ocatane are you using?

I didn't shut the car down mid spray. It was on a dyno. That's how I know my a/f is fine.

have you tried a fresh bottle yet...
nitrous bottles are designed with the bottom of the siphon tube at the bottom of the bottle towards the outlet. Always mount the bottle so that as your car accelerates, the liquid flows toward the pickup tube. as long as your is like this your ok there.
the line looks boarder line to me... it is a restriction in the line no doubt but enough to cause the problems I am not sure.
