Default N20 b16 crx...help

Ive been asking this question in the crx and tech forum to no avail. So please reply back if you know any information.

I am going to get a 60-65 shot of nitrous. First of all what are the differences between wet shot and dry shot? What is direct port?? And most importantly is this going to be safe for my motor (see mods below). Some people say ure gonna blow it and others say its safe. What kind of kit do you reccomend for me to be the safest (wet or dry)? thanx in advance

Don't need the Direct Port for a 65 shot.

I would go with a 65 shot dry. Look into the NOS or Zex dry kits. Also look into getting an ignition and some colder plugs. No need to get a fuel pump unless you jump to a 75 shot+.

Look at Nitrous Express. Ive only heard good things. Zex also measures flywheel hp instead of wheel hp. N0S is good also.

Ignore this. The Zex and NOS kits are BOTH designed to run rich as a safety feature from the factory. Nitrous Express kits are good also, as well as TNT, blah blah blah, they're all n20, and no matter how they come from the factory, they could be made to run the way you would like if tuned properly. The main thing you should get from this thread is that...

A. You want a dry kit for the 65 jetting
B. There are several brands to choose from (listed above)... you may want to choose the Zex, because of its ease of install

Wet kits add fuel via the nitrous kit. Dry kits add fuel by increasing the fuel rpessure when you spray, causing more fuel to flow through the injectors. I like wet kits because it is easier to tune your motor. You can lean everything out with a VAFC for NA duty and then throw in the jets for a 65 shot. If you are still running too rich you can always use a smaller fuel jet. For simplicity however, nothing beats a dry kit.
