Well, bought a new block and head...bought an sc34 before I bought it so I guess I'll have to sell the SC34 and get a bigger turbo? lemm eknow what u think i should get...heres my setup on a GSR Engine:
Engine:
1.8 VTEC Block
84mm Darton Sleeves
JE 9:1 Pistons
Eagle H Beam Rods
Pro Drive Oil Pump Gear
Cometic Turbo Head Gasket
ARP Head Studs
Ported Head
Crower Valves
Crower Springs
Crower Retainers
Crower Turbo Cams
AEM Cam Gears
AEM Fuel Rail
AEM FPR
GReddy Timing Belt
Skunk2 Manifold Ported
ITR LSD
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch
Turbo setup:
Inline Pro T3 5 Bolt Stainless Manifold
Precision 31.5 X 8.0 X 3.5 Intercooler
Turbo Xs RFL Blow Off Valve
Tial 38mm Wastegate w/ 1.0 bar Silver
Greddy Black Turbo Timer
Apexi AVCR Boost Controller
Oil Return and Feed kit with flanges and fittings All XRP
Pusher Fans
2.5" stainless intercooler piping
3" Downpipe
Thermal R&D Turbo Exhaust
Precision 780 CC Injectors
Walboro 255LPH Fuel Pump
OBD1 P72 ECU
Planning on tuning with uberdata.
What turbo compressor do you guys recommend? I am hopin for 450 WHP using roughly 22 psi...should I boost more psi? BTW, this will be my daily driver want to spool around 3500 rpm and keep gaining power until redline...

Re: which precision turbo? upgraded setup (c2nap)
An SC34 should be perfect for you setup. It is rated for 545 crankshaft hp so it should be good to 465whp with a quick spool. You will probably have to run more than 22 psi, but the amount of psi you are boosting is really irrelevant. However, if you want more room to grow from 450whp you may want to go with an SC-60 or SC-61.

when did your SC34 spool?
How much boost does it make around 3800rpm?
*curious*
Im having a hard time chosing for my engine too, I want something that spools pretty good by 4k rpm. Thinking SC34, SC44 or SC60... Dont know how different they really would be...
