Didn't know there was a leak. . .Was reading 22 vaccuum at idle. . .perfect. . .Jeff didn't even find the leak either. . .</TD></TR></TABLE>
You know what that tells you?
It wasnt leaking air. Strong vaccum means no vaccum loss. I would look into fuel related.
Sometimes Hondata chips need to be reburned. Mine did some **** like that. my cold idle maps went like retarded a little after i left Jeff's. When i took it back up he got it all panned out again. i dunno if it just didnt take the save when he burned from his Hondata to mine? I dunno.
**** happens. I would put it on a wideband and see whats up. I kept one in my car all the time so I knew exactly what was going on at all times. Becuase I knew quarky **** like that happens. Its happened many times before that

See, I would. . .But it really fucked up the idle, It would bounce from 1k to like 4k with the IACV plugged in, and when I unplugged it, it sounded like a V8 with some nasty cams. . . . </TD></TR></TABLE>
And you say Jeff didn't notice that??

Yea, we did, he thought it was something in the TB. . .like the fast idle thermo valve. . .but my car didn't have one lol . . .We looked for a while, and didn't find anything, so just left it the way it was. . .

I dont know of anyone with a wideband. . and I reall can't afford one now. . . ****. . . I don't even know if I should bother with this, my new motor should be going in in the summer. . .

I think we noticed the idle when it sounded like this. . .
BTW, this is with the E-cutout open. . .nice and deep. . .

I had sort of the same problem when I got my car tuned by jeff. Didn't happen on the dyno though, happened when we got back. Idle would surge at cold start, and sometimes wouldn't turn on after being driven awhile.
of course it is gonna run rich as **** with the cutout like that. the o2sensor is reading only some of the exhaust, while seeing the fresh oxygen from being exposed like that, now the computer thinks it is running lean and it will try and compensate by adding more fuel.
either remount the 02 sensor or remount the cutout.
i guarentee if you reset the computer, keep te cutout closed you will never have a prolblem

I did move the 02 sensor, and reset the computer. . .
Maybe I spliced the wires wrong? anyone have a pic of a stock 02 sensor with the wires showing so I can see the order. . .I'm thinking maybe I mixed up the two black wires. . but wouldn't I get a CEL?
