I am throwing my old b16a into my 89 std hatch. I pulled the b16 redid all the wiring changed the head gasket and rear main seal and oil pan gasket. Im also turboing it. Its going to have a cca intercooler, a old shitbird manifold, t3/t4e 57trim precision turbo. I welded all the charge piping and down pipes. Im also going to weld up a 3" exhaust and there are a few photos showing me welding my exhaust. I plan on finishing within the next few days or so. check out the photos at flikr

I plan on running bre for my ems. I got it running but need to get some tunning time. Who is recommended in Colorado Denver area. Ohh and here are some pics of my industrial gauge im using for boost. It's 2% full scale acurate witch is better than any autometer. The next pic is of my exhaust I welded up.

 

Cool stuff man. Kinda ghetto, but I like a lot of that stuff because it's unique. You did it yourself and have that experience now.
