My own ecu with hondata?
I would like to know if I can send hondata my own p72 ecu so they can tune it and make it a stage 3b instead of me buying their unit (which will cost more)? Can they work with mine so it can be less expensive or can I just order all the parts and put it myself (if its cheaper)?

how would they tune it? you need YOUR car on a dyno with YOUR specs to make proper adjustments.

Re: My own ecu with hondata? (TTWS6.)
I know that bro..that is not my question...my question is can they chip my ecu instead of me buying their chipped ecu? and if so what are all the things i need to get? or is it like I just buy the stage 3b and they mail me everything and I chip it myself on my own p72

no, it doesn't work like that
to have a functional hondata setup..
first, you need an ecu from 92-95 (obd1) - $150 and up,
if your car isn't obd1, you'll need adapter harness as well (i'd say around $175)
then your ecu needs to be chipped for hondata (~ $50)
then you need hondata blue box, 3b is their old system.. get s200b (check hondata website for pricing)

Yes, you can send hondata your p72 and have them chip it up for you.
What they will do is send you, your p72 socketed up for hondata with the 3b or s200 interface box. (Which ever one you choose).
However, you can bring me your p72 ecu and I'll chip it up(socket) and sell you the hondata unit, which will save you some money on shipping.
Just a thought.
