looks good but you ::should:: cut that flange into 4 peices so that when the manifold heats and stretches along with the flange, it wont crack.. like the maxrev manifolds.
the Turbo is a Garret T3 .48 i think,it is from an Ford RST and i it is modified in Sweden with another wastegate that can run 1.3bar...it should be good for a 300 hp.they say

Heat expansion slots would help but the biggest problem you are going to see is going to be engine bay space. I think it looks like you're going to have major clearance problems. I made a similar manifold that left more room than that and we still had clearance issues in the CRX bay, hopefully you're working with an EG.
