hey guys what you think about this manifold...made it my self

forgot too say it is for a D16z6 engine

look not too bad... but you could remove a lot of material on the flange... look squarry to me !

looks good but you ::should:: cut that flange into 4 peices so that when the manifold heats and stretches along with the flange, it wont crack.. like the maxrev manifolds.

I know that its not the point of this thread... I like the manifold but I think that there is too much paint on this engine... btw what are the specs of your turbo ??

the Turbo is a Garret T3 .48 i think,it is from an Ford RST and i it is modified in Sweden with another wastegate that can run 1.3bar...it should be good for a 300 hp.they say )

Cool... i wish i could fabricate stuff. Your motor reminds me of Transformers for some reason.... the color scheme? haha

Heat expansion slots would help but the biggest problem you are going to see is going to be engine bay space. I think it looks like you're going to have major clearance problems. I made a similar manifold that left more room than that and we still had clearance issues in the CRX bay, hopefully you're working with an EG.
