Race Related (in St.Pete/FL) turbo manifold, good?
I'm thinking about buying this manifold, just wanted opinions or experiences with this manifold. Or if you guys can tell anything about the manifold by looking at the design. I know the pic. is a little small, but I'd appreciated anything you guys could tell me about it or the shop itself. Thank.s
Down-pipe: custom made equal-length tubular steel turbo manifold, and 2 1/2" down-pipe for t3 or t3/t4. fits any b-series motor. has bung for O2 sensor, and i have a flange so that you can bolt it right onto your catalytic convertor. manifold and d-p are ceramic coated black Drag race quality manifold. has flange for external wastegate on the manifold. this set-up allows you to keep your a/c. 2 1/2" d-p is as big as you can go if you want to keep your a/c. asking $525

Re: Race Related (ED9Hybrid)
Yep its probably a turbo-performance manifold. I have talked to them a few times on the phone they seem like they know what they are doing, but its made of mild steel and I dunno really how well it will hold up.

Re: Race Related (Elite Hatch)
so it's not worth the price, eh?
I posted another thread about turbo man. but it got a little ugly.
this is what I got from it though:
revhard, maxrev, SFP are good. Or should I choose the turbo-performance.com manifold?
What's the average cost of a down pipe?
Thanks.

I recieved one of these manifolds last week for an '01 civic and was not too impressed with the quality. The collector is of very poor design and the craftsmanship isn't very good. It is mig welded and looks like someone was in a hurry doing it. I'm not sure if i'm even going to use it. I think i'll wait until rev hard finishes theirs.
