I've made 636 off of Precision 1000cc, Walbro 255HP, stock FPR, stock fuel lines, and aftermarket fuel rail. The far side of the fuel rail (regulator side) was tapped to feed the nitrous fuel solenoid. You hear a lot of discussion about stock fuel lines being good to 500, sometimes 550 "but that's pushing it", etc, but it's usually from "professional" laypeople who don't understand electricity or lack the ability to calculate flow across a fixed orifice @ pressure.

The big trick is replacing the stock fuel pump wiring, and at no point in time using the unibody as a ground path. Fat 10-12 gauge wire, block as your ground, alternator as your power source. You can use the battery for power and ground ONLY if you have correctly connected it to ground and power - most stock Hondas use the unibody as the ground point for the battery and that doesn't cut it.
