Dude I'd be pissed
Luckily you went thru paypal. I'd contact paypal right away and let them know what is going on. Send him another email saying if he doesn't respond within a given time, you are going to contact paypal regarding filing a claim against him. That way paypal knows you took the steps to try and resolve the problem. You should be able to get your $ back but it may take some time. Sorry bro and gl

Yeah I'm still gonna keep it he spent like 5k into the motor I spoke with tpr whole built it so that was true from him but I might have to drop it to fix the treads that are stripped and get a pipe welded for the coolant tube

Yo so when you bent your valve in your ls head was it because you over revved a bit or what would u say caused it. my bigger question is other than the port work was the head completely stock cuz i remember reading you bought springs and retainers but did those ever go on that head or was that for you b18c head.
im in the process of building ls turbo myself and maybe vtec later

Looks like there is your fix! Are you concerned about the blocks cleanliness? It looks like it was painted before without having the water pump on or something. Also I would love for some response and possible videos of this beast when it's done! What turbine housing did you select with that s366?
