Sorry for the lack of updates, I haven't done much recently I've been back at school for the last 2 months and I've been helping the old man with his beast of a car. But here is a shitty picture of the roof. Hopefully I can paint it this weekend!! and the last one might be my new turbo.. haha

here is a shitty picture of the roof. Haven't made it home much, my dad had 2 operations since school started and he is the painter so I've been waiting on him.

hey guys, finally pulled the teg out from storage, started doing some work this weekend. Polished my charge pipes, and got my wheels powdercoated instead of spray paint.

I was told to either run a hose from the pcv to the ground or to a catch can and plug the nipple on the manifold. or plug the valve cover and cap the nipple.

I'm going to do my body work once my build is done, did you have any bad rust issues?

Yeah, I've seen a couple on ebay just like this. But before I bought it I looked over the welds for penetration, and quality. The metal was thick and the welds were good.

remove black box from the back of the block. install freeze plug from b&r (or whom ever) block all the ports. i would recommend installing at least a fitting in the back of the block for venting/draining of the crankcase pressure at the block not just the head.

It's an obd2 ls it does not have a black box. and I rather not drain all the blow by and such back into my oil.

I think he was just saying to have a port in the back of the block as well as the head.

But if you're using two on the valvecover (just guessing), then that will be plenty. The gases always want to go to the highest point anyways. If not though, I'd recommend the back of the block for ease. I'm currently running that setup and no issues.
