My Fuel system
This post is just what I have been looking for....
Anyone have part numbers for the FUEL FILTER, FUEL Presures regulator, and fuel pump from aeromotive??? I need the parts for a HONDATA fuel system without changing the fuel lines themselves
Thanks Turbomafia

I'd be leery of something ripping those fuel lines off the bottom of the car. I doubt it would ever happen, but what if?
I just looked at the pictures again, are you running a in-tank pump? I am planning on running a Aeromotive pump mounted under the car.
looks good
Why did you run the fuel in on the driver side of the rail? Just wondering.

what size fuel lines?
Return line is a /lot/ bigger than stock.
And NO, Earls -6AN fittings DO NOT FIT on -6 aeroquip line. I found this out the hard way. I had to overnight 20 feet of -6 REAL perform-o-flex earls line from summit ($120 + $10 handling + $20 shipping).
I used about 22feet of real earls line for the entire setup.
If anyone wants to give it a shot or has aeroquip fittings, I have 15 feet of Aeroquip -6 AN stainless line that I will let go for REALLY CHEAP. I paid $70 for it.

Here is a rundown of all of the parts I used:
Earls perform-o-flex -6 line, 20 ft. part # 420006 $120
Earls perform-o-flex -6 line, 3ft, part # 404006 $28
12mm x 1.25 -6an 90 degree hose end, part # 849091 $28
(connects directly to top of stock fuel pump bracket)
-6 90degree bulkhead adapter, part # 983306 $9
(Drilled out stock return thing on fuel pump bracket, and used this)
-6 bulkhead nut, part # 592406 $2
(for above)
-6 90 degree bent tube swivel seal hose end, part # 809106 (x3) @ $17
(connects to fuel filter inlet, FPR inlet, fuel rail inlet)
-6 45 degree bent tube swivel seal hose end, part # 804606 (x2) @ $17
(connects to fuel rail outlet, fuel filter outlet)
-6 straight swivel seal hose end, part # 800106 (x2) @ $7
(Fuel return at tank, FPR outlet)
-6 to 9/16"-18 AN port adapter, part # 985006, (x4) @ $7
(FPR and fuel rail inlet/outlet)
-6 port plug O-ring seal, part # 581406 $4
(Blocks off extra Aeromotive FPR inlet)
-10 to -6 AN reducer, part # 991914 (x2) @ $6
(Allowed me to run -6 line to and from the aeromotive fuel filter since it has -10 ports)
-10 Buna O-rings, part # 176010 $3
(Sealed above reducers on the fuel filter. I wanted the Viton but they were out of stock)
9/16" Stat-o-seal, part # 178009 $4
(Sealed bulkhead fitting on stock fuel filter bracket)
1/8" NPT internal wrenching plug, part # 593202 $2
(Tapped & Plugged Vortech fuel rail to not use stock FPR hole)
1.5 inch conduit clamp, part # ????, from home depot. $1.50
(Mounted fuel filter to firewall)
Lots of zip ties.
Plus the FPR ($130), Fuel filter ($80), Fuel rail ($90) from jake, Walbro pump ($110), Hondata ($1410).
So, I'm afraid to add it all up.

but the factory stuff is -6 feed, -4 return. Seems like a lot of work and money for minimal improvements. Not a knock, just curious.
Dustin
If you want part #'s why dont you pick up a magazine, do you really expect someone to look that ish up for you???
Fuel system looks dope, what are the limitations of the oem fuel filter? Is there a bottle neck prob with high flow? (thats the only part of my fuel system that remains untouched), any info?

looks good. I have my fuel system sitting around waiting to be installed. STR billet fuel rail, SX FPR (-10an inlet/outlet), SX 1000cc inline fuel pump, SX fuel filter, earls -8an ss lines to and from tank, and all earls fittings.
You're not kidding about the cost, it adds up quickly.

i got an added total of 489 for the fittings/lines and 410 dollars for the fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, fuel rail, fuel pump.plus 1410 for the hondata which brings you to a grand total of 2309 dollars.
damn thats about $250 worth of steel braided lines and -AN fittings, $665 for the entire fuel (hardware) setup. Thats pricy but what do you expect...for this to be cheap? Yeah right, seriously what more could you ask for?...try no to bottom out cause if you do you migh rip something, it looks so damn dope though.
I promise the fuel lines under the car are completely protected, it looks like stock now. I had removed the plastic cover/metal brackets when the pic was taken.
Let me tell you, that Im doing a simular set up and its costing so much. Plus, alot of the fittings are on back ordered so thats the only thing Im waiting for. Dustin, did you send my washers and O-rings?
