my first setup, suggestions?
howdy folks this is my first post in the section.
i have a 90 civic si (stock d16a6) and so far this is what ive aquired for my homemadeturbo.com inspired project.
plan on running 5-8 psi *hopefully*
d16z6 intake manifold
garret m27 turbo
std manifold
dsm bov
fmic
dsm 450cc injectors
b&m command flow AFPR
right now and probably for awhile all i have for fuel/spark management is a MSD boost timing master and a Field SFC.
think i will be able to use this set up for a daily driver until i save up enough to get it tuned/chipped?
also any reccomendation on how many degrees to retard my timing? kinda wanna ask around before i start tuning myself so i dont fry my motor.
all feedback greatly appreciated

id reccomend waiting until you could even afford some cheap management (uberdata [ http://uberdata.pgmfi.org/])
other then that it doesnt sound too bad

i totoally forgot that
Turbo edit is for teh boosted obd0 people
Do some research, you'll find out it isn't as expensive as you probably thought.
