tony knows his stuff, i needed tuning a few months ago and i avoided going to any shops down here in austin. i figured i'd rather wait a few months to go back to dallas and have my car done right and it was worth it.

hey tony, i'm getting a 3" race exhaust, let's strap it down on the dyno again to see the gain from my itr exhaust.

To clear the air, Is it good to use stock headgasket?

CRV B20Z, JE PISTONS 9:0:1, JE RODS, GSR CRANKSHAFT, CRV UR CRANK PULLEY, STOCK SLEEVES, STOCK CRV HEADGASKET, STOCK HEAD WITH TYPE R RETAINERS AND SPRINGS, AEM EMS, 720CC, SKUNK2 MANINFOLD STR FUEL RAILS AND CAMS SPROCKETS, REVHARD T3/T04e and VORTECH AFTERCOOLER.

I am not sure what amount of boost is safe. I am hearing different opinions and suggestions and I am confused. Can someone with similar setup give me some suggestions? Thank you.

well if u decide to go back to stock, i have mine avail since i have the RS door handles. these are in mint condition and will practically give them away.

I don't know..They match my Sparco 4 point harnesses...Plus they add on like 15 hp....
