I used infamousRS' old manifold on my brothers 89 4dr. I didnt want to sell him this one because I didnt use schedule 40 pipe for the collector. Im remaking ryan his mani this weekend using ALL thick material. Anyway, I didnt want this manifold to go to waste, so here it is being put to use...



the intercooler is a hand-me-down from me to him. 46" from end to end, and we didnt even have to cut the bumper
oh ya , no more radiator support, bumper support, etc. the car was hit hard in the front, i revived it half-***, and now we just cut everthing off

t3/t04 turbo
tial 35mm wg
3 inch dump tube(pass front wheel)
SMC+, dsm 450s.
hoping for 200whp untuned. should be fun I will update tomorrow as progress continues...

I have had this swap in since the beginning of last summer and have not had the desired power, like we ever do. hehe...chris took the pics on my shitty camera, which I have learned to make at least presentable pictures with.
the roads SUCK up here. litterally, if youre not careful, you will be sucked into a 3 feet deep pothole. as for playing, not too much because there are cops all over, and they are DICKS...

Cody (tinker219) is an up front guy!!! He is completely hooking me up, and on top of that he is making me a new manifold cause he doesn’t like how the first one he made turned out. I sent him the money for it knowing that it wouldn’t be perfect, and I wasn’t expecting it to be. I was basically being he guinea pig for the first TIG welded tubular SS manifold he ever made. Let me tell you, he spent A LOT of time on the first one. The day he was going to send it out to me he decided he didn’t like it and wasn’t going to send it out. Instead he’s going to make me a new one without the mistakes he learned from the first one. He wants it to be perfect before I get it. I would have been plenty happy with the first one, but instead he is spending his own money to make me a better one. Cody is awesome!!! I support LoveFab 100% !!!!

my 60X40 polebarn is the closest thing to a killer shop car is almost done, should be able to start-up and drive in the new foot of snow tomorrow

Chris that car is going to "**** and grit!" It may be an interesting matchup agianst my soon to be h22 civ. If we can find a road thats not infested with potholes. We'll have to go mustang hunting. Show all those fckin rednecks just how slow our coffee cans can go.

ok, got everything hooked up, and found out we had 3 bad DSM injectors. replaced with another set, and it fires right up.
The only problem is, it keeps going, and wont level out...anybody know wtf is going on? it was fine before we did the turbo, I didnt touch any of the vaccum lines except for one, which is t'd to the BOV.
I disconnected the BOV, and tried it with the vaccum lines EXACTLY how they were before we began the install. Same thing, start it, keeps going, I elect to shut it off before 5k rpm.
anybody help???
