Default my boosted stock b16

hey guys, thought id share my setup.

stock b16
greddy 18g/ log style mani
450cc injectors
walbro fp
hondata s300
greddy type s bov
oem clutch
3" exhuast
kinetic manual boost controller
tuned on pump gas 9-10psi (stock map sensor)

i figured if i beefed up the valvetrain that it would make even more power on the top end.

had her up to 260whp at one point, but figured 240whp is plenty for daily driver and safe. might build the block over the winter and get her ready for the summer. well see what happens.

240 isn't anywhere near what a stock B16 can do. My buddy has a stock B16 with arp head studs and he's at 355whp @ 15psi.

Turn up the boost!

good numbers for a dd. nice fun drive. good luck with it.
might want to look into a upgraded clutch and possible manifold and turbo combo and then push the stock engine to the limit. good luck

With an 18G turbo those aren't bad numbers. Upgrade the turbo and 300whp on the same amount of boost will be easy. Thats if you want more power...

yea i plan to upgrade the turbo and map sensor, but that will be only in the summer, winter sucks in canada. for a dd its more then enough for now. by summer i do plan to hit atleast 300whp. first im gonna upgrade the little things like traction bar and engine dampener. then maybe edelbrock intake mani and a mild stage 2 clutch, still want it streetable.

what you guys think of the turbonetics line? hear any good reviews about em?

X2!
im @320whp @12psi / stock b16 w/arp headstuds
i wanted to put it on 110oct and turn it up to about 16psi for next year.
but putting the b16 for sale and building a h2b setup now lol

p.s. turn it up! lol 300whp is still safe!! do headstuds if it makes you feel better
