Must make custom 3" exhaust, how do i NOT SOUND LIKE CRAP.
well i dont think anybody makes a 3" exhaust for my 92-93 integra, so i think Im going to have to make one. I am going to be ordering an apexi n1 3" muffler, then running 3" all the way back, hopefully emulating the Tanabe style (dam they look so clean).
here's my problem. every 'custom' exhaust ive ever heard sounds like ****. should i buy a strait through borla type muffler and stick it under the car? or resonators or what? I LOVE the sound of my greddy but its only 2.36" (60mm) so i have to get rid of her. I don't wanna sound like ****, but I want to get the job done. any suggestions? Thanks.

3" morroso spiral resonator... make your exhaust sound stock while not creating much backpressure

what up. i've got a 2nd gen with a 3" exhaust. Thermal R&D makes it for our cars. it looks nice, and it sonds nice too. i say

ya, basically you need a resonator or two and youll be fine.. should sound really good...

whatever you do dont get a flowmaster, haha. i had custom made 3" pipe with a flowmaster muffler. oh great sound but, im not joking, its louder with it than without it.
