Default MSD knock alert

Has anybody used this msd knock alert unit? Has it worked for you? Did you like it, ect.?

Its noisey at low loads on most honda motors. I think its because of the solid lash adjusters hondas have. Anyways, under load it tends to get quiet with only a few leds lit up depending on how you have the sensitivity set. However when you do start pinging, the led bars light up more. So the trick is to ignore it at part throttle, and set the sensitivity so that you get 1 or 2 leds under load but not knocking (say 0 psi pull to redline). Then when you go into serious boost and you see more than the 1 or 2 leds blinking you should get out of it and check some things like your a/f ratio, boost leaks etc.....

Awesome, anybody else have experience with this or other knock devices?

I saw that J&S one, but it's expensive.
