Default MSD Knock Alert discussion

If you use the MSD knock alert or have had first hand experience w/ it I would like to hear your comments on it. The reason I am leaning toward the MSD unit is the ability to adjust the sensitivity. I will be investing in a knock monitor soon so, if you have any other suggestions LMK. Thanks.

I tried the MSD one on an engine dyno a few years back.I don't think it filters well enough. It would read knock when there was none present or just pin during the whole run.A few people recommended the j&s unit http://www.jandssafeguard.com/ .It needs to sample and see a trend.I don't think the MSD one is that sophisticated.

No need for all of those functions
