MSD 2 STEP? Anyone use it?
Was at the local track tonite and saw a couple of impressive hondas run. 2 of them were using a 2step for thier launches.
Anyone here use it? Can anyone here give me more info on it? Did it help cut down your times?
I was looking around Summit for more information, saw a couple of modules like the Digital 6, Digital 7, and 6ANL Circle track. Not much information on what they acutally can do for an import. What is a good setup?
Give me your input, thanks in advance.

Re: MSD 2 STEP? Anyone use it? (Boost Friendly)
yes i use it i have it on my clutch swith and a toggle switch becaue i race laguna seca and so on, and i dont want to heel toe down shift and have it limit
but when i drag, or race people it sure is nice, and intimidating
right now im running a MSD 6al with a 2step rpm module all bought from summit....
in all its about $300

Re: MSD 2 STEP? Anyone use it? (pornstarSR)
I use the 2 step that's on my Digital-6. My launches are much more consistent and smoother, plus it doesn't hurt that I am building boost at the line (around 1 psi). I set the lower limit at 4.4k and turn that thing off once my tires hook. Takes a while to get used to, but it works well once you get the hang of it.
