Mounting A PRECISION Intercooler on a ek ??????????????
i might get flamed for it but its all gravy.
I just cut out the bumper surport like the RED one i showed you. I angled a cut to where i could Drill thur the Tabs on the intercooler and the bumper support. Just scewed it in but i have to lock the scews just to make sure they dont back out.

Well I finally got pictures of my intercooler mounted. I enlarged the holes in the back of the bumper support and stuck some bolts through. Yes, it is ziptied up top but thats only a temporary fix.

A friend at a shop that specializes in aluminum fabrication made them and welded them up for me. I just did a bunch of measuring and marking, told him what size etc. Cost me like $40.

Here's my rig:

I know it's pretty ghetto w/ the wood block, but I plan on replacing it with rubber blocks. A bolt should go through the block and bracket inside the BS.

Nothing. It just sags a very very tiny bit. Can't notice. I tried to have the piping hold up the bumper so now my bumper support IS my piping. Thanks for the comments
I didn't want to try to cut the bumper support...got lazy so I just invested in good brakes
