**Video** S/C S2000 Vs. Turbo S2000
Here's a video of two of my customers going at it. Both are F/I S2000's.
The black one is turbo'ed with a GT35R making about 400whp. The in car one is supercharged making about 355whp. The S/C is centrifugal...notice what a difference area under the curve makes. It's all about the integrations

Re: (kane.s2k)
i would like to see dyno's of both of these vehicles, 50whp shouldnt be that much of a difference (i know area under the curve counts but the graphs and vid would just show most people what it really means)

S/C torque graph:

Turbo:

I'd give you a dyno graph of each but I haven't gotten their permission to yet but that should give you an idea

50 WHP difference and an extra passenger in the SC S2k probably weighed the car down and widened the gap even more...
But it is quite obvious that a centrifugal SC vs turbo even identical peak power would still be a big difference; now add 50 more WHP on the turbo car and it's ownage for the SC S2K

Your torque 'graph' for supercharger at least is either hideously wrong, or you have some magical pully which increases boost the higher you go, giving you ever-increasing torque, resulting in an uber-steep power curve. Post the real ones please.

That's exactly how a centrifugal supercharger works, smart guy.

That magical pulley is called the crank pulley, and it increases boost with engine RPM on a centrifugal S/C... What's with the noobs these days trying to sound all smart and sh*t but has no clue on what they're saying?

*Shakes head* Yeah, apparantly.
That GT35R sounds soooooo sick in that vid.
