Default Motor problems

I spent all night swapping blocks in my car. I bought the b18c1 block used with srp 9:5:1, eagles, and block guard. After we get it all in I have 1 problem. When we spray carb cleaner on the front passanger side on the block its sucking in into the combustion chamber and almost dying. Could the block be warped that bad? I'm using arp head studs, should I tighten them more that 82ft/lbs with oil? What else could be my problem. Its also is going threw water like a blow head gasket but the gasket is brand new. Please any help. I'm gonna go sleep for 3-4 hours and go tear it down.

You sure you installed the head gasket the right way?
