Default motor break in

im sure some if you guys break in your motors with the turbo, just not in boost. what procedure yall did in the break in. As for me, i have a wideban and s300.

There's alot of discussion about this. There is a very extensive thread by Earl.

Most real "racecars" get built, started, and strapped on the dyno for tuning.

My engine has had it's *** kicked since day 1 and it hasn't looked back since.

mine was started, had the oil changed, and then was trailered straight to the dyno. been running for three years now

I let mine idle for about 2 hrs and drove it thereafter.....all motor. The turbo components were installed the day before I took it to the dyno shop.

just did a alot of down revs for about 170 miles the street tune and being doin good ever since

I break mine in hard on the dyno...20+ PSI minimum.
