HKS race,
greddy type r
and Tial
are quiet.
up the boost and you better watch out
the apexi is the really quiet too.

If you want quiet...get a bosch bov. they aren't anything to look at, but I couldn't even hear mine when I didn't have the downpipe hooked up. Just a nice (swoosh) when you shift. They cost about $30 brand new, as well.
Thas what i have and have had it for a few years, Mine sounds exactly like my buddies blitz bov....just a rush of air when it opens

Go Fast Bits Stealth FX, is adjustable from full plumb-back (ie no noise) to wide open venting (apparently bloody loud)

EDIT: Talking to a mate just then, his GFB is set at about 65% plumb back and its still loud...i love that BoV

The Tial is the quietest i have ever heard. At 12psi it make a little sneeze sound, but nothing that would attract attention. Even at 20+lbs, its a quick rush of air. Nothing ear piercing at all.
