Default Most affordable standalone for OBD2?

As the title states, what's the most affordable standalone for OBD2? I'm not looking for the best/fanciest/most options, but just something better than what I got now (the hack). Hondata is nice, but getting an OBD1 ecu and harness is kinda expensive. Any suggestions? Thanks.

OBD1 is worth it, IMHO.

I agree, you can much more easily run a test pipe instead of a cat! And that is just one of the advantages.

xsengineering.com.i would not buy it from anyone else because they can tune a base program that will be pretty close when you get it.when i got mine it only took 2 hours of dyno time.

Im pretty sure hondata will still be the cheapest even after the obd1 ecu and harness, although you might be close to the price of the EMS depending on which hondata you go with...

after figuring out costs between hondata and the power fc, hondata comes out cheaper than picking up a power fc.

You will have to use a OBD1 ecu, but the Hondata s100 starts at $245.
