OK What is the difference between OBD1 and OBD2
everyone is sayin that OBD2 is ****
what is the difference?

better fuel control i believe, I'm suprised with your mods you havn't converted already for hondata

i just spent 350 on a odb1 jdm type r ecu(i think it was a stupid buy since i dunno exactly what it is) that was converted to the obd2 plugs or wutever

OBD2 = faster processor, Faster response time for sensors. Harder to tune
Obd1 = Slower ecu etc. Easier way easier to tune.

ya and obd 2 has a seccondary o2 to check to see if the cat is working. This doesnt really matter cus you can use a 20$ fake our sim if you have no cat.

Obd2 would be cool if you could tune it easier. Maybe someone will make a programmer cheeper. but unfortunately obd1 is the only way to go for tuneing. Stock ecu's of course. At work I have installed Electromotive and MOTEC. Verry expensive and out of range of most of us all.

where can i get this b/c i am running wit a shotcan and keep throwin that code so my check engine light is always on

What about OBD-0, i have a 1991 LS, thats OBD-0....are those easy to tune? computer slow in that? much less sensors...

Yes, all the Hondata applications I have seen so far require the use of an OBD1 ecu...

obd 1 is easy on the sensors compared to obd 2 hence making it easier to tune (eg. test pipe with no CELs).

I've got a 93 GSR B17.. What ODB am I? Any suggestions as to what i could do?

who has a obd 0 distributor out for sale? i'm interested b/c my ride is runnin' like it has sh*t stuck up it's exhaust... much help is appreciated
