Are you using DSM 450's or an FMU?

ditch that blue box, get bigger injectors and run the vafc, you are probbaly turning up the VAFC making th engine throw the code on stock injectors.

Listen to this advise. This ended up being my problem.

Yeah, theres really no reason to run both, you dont need them. I would probably ditch the AFC though.

people really don't understand a blue box do they? the blue box uses a voltage clamp so you don't throw the map code so I would say your box is wired wrong.

also don't just get bigger injectors and use the AFC get a FMU and bigger injectors you will have way less headaches if you set it up like that.

I am a former afc "hack" user and the FMU, 450's, afc, missing link and fuel pump are a million times better

that is the AFC hack if you use a FMU you don't manipulate map voltage as much. I will post my setting for a rich tune later on if I can...I can tell you at idle with 450's it is leaned 50% and at 8k it is only trimmed 17% it is stepped so you don't mess with timing as much

so if i get an FMU and bigger injectors I can get rid of the Greddy BLUE BOX? less headaches...but do I have to tune them...with the box i dont have to do anything.

yes you'd need to tune if u go afc hack w/ bigger injectors....the blue box is the safest way with the stock injectors

Double and triple check your wiring. I know a guy that had the exact problem you are having. He put a z6 swap in, and accidentally miswired a harness wire to ground when he was installing it. It was throwing a MAP code after he would boost. MAP sensor was good, it just took him forever to find the wiring mistake. He too was running a greddy kit with the box.

Also...you don't really need bigger injectors with an FMU. What I think you are considering are the following:

blue box/stock injectors
HP pump/FMU/missing link/stock injectors
VAFC/450's....the hack

the wiring is right....but would it throw a code if the wiring is LOOSE? Im thinking there is a bad connection since it only thows the code every once in awhile. Not all the time..you know.
