Why cant you run a missing link with a vafc and 440 rc injectors

So that the VAFC can get an accurate map sensor reading is my guess............................

but wont my cel come on if it senses more then i pound boost?

Well if you use larger injectors you are lowering voltage from the map sensor allowing for boost.
